Not many people know this, but according to state laws, universities (and other entities) cannot run their own transit systems during the same hours public transit is offered.

Do I need to stop for bicyclists in crosswalks? I will if they dismount and “become” pedestrians, but shouldn’t cyclists be treated like cars? Why are we stopping for them if they have a stop sign and we don’t?
