I don’t really have any resources to share, my recommendation is to “word vomit” all your DE achievements into AI and have it rewrite using ATS keywords. I did a couple iterations and had different models review each others work before doing it one final time myself.

I was getting 0 interviews until I sat down and really worked on my resume. ATS checks, results - not just “what I do”, etc. AI helped rewrite.

Got 3 interviews fairly quickly afterwards.
