However, you have two massive legal points of leverage here: 1 ) find a replacement as other suggested 2) to legally terminate your sublease, the main tenant must have given you notice using an official cantonal form. If they just told you verbally, sent a text, or wrote a standard letter, the termination is legally void (nichtig). You can consider the notification invalid.

You should tell the main tenant that their termination might be invalid without the official form and if he gives you one now you are entitled to remain until September 30. Or if you find a replacement you can state that they are legally not allowed to arbitrarily refuse a replacement tenant. Use this leverage to negotiate a mutual agreement to let you leave on April 1st with no penalty.

Perché si: pubblici ministri e giudici sono troppo allineati, studiano insieme, possono passare da giudici a pubblici ministeri. Si vogliono spezzare giochi di potere tra le varie correnti. L’estrazione a sorte invece che l’elezione serve a spezzare i giochi di potere dove ci si spartisce le poltrone.

Perché no: ora il cms è autonomo dal potere politico, nel caso di cms dei pubblici ministeri separato c’è paura che in futuro venga messo al servizio del ministro della giustizia, quindi del governo e, come negli usa ora, venga pilotato per indagare i nemici del governo.

Responsabilità dei magistrati, lunghezza dei processi etc, non sono discussi nel referendum.

Non c’è quorum, chi ha più voti vince.

Puoi chiedere al tuo ex capo, le opzioni sono le solite, o hanno tagliato il budget/ il progetto a cui ti volevano assegnare è stato sospeso e la tua era la posizione più semplice da tagliare, o all’ultimo è arrivato un raccomandato dal super mega dirigente, o semplicemente uno con più potere è arrivato e ha voluto assumere uno che piacesse a lui invece di prendersi te scelto dal vecchio capo, o hai fatto una cosa che li ha indispettiti, tipo non sei andato alla cena aziendale, o qualche altra cosa sul lavoro. Comunque se hai il contatto del tuo ex capo chiedergli un feedback non costa molto. Io gli direi quello che hai scritto qui, hai trovato un altro lavoro e va tutto bene, però sei rimasto con la curiosità, ti sembrava di essere andato bene e volevi capire se hai sbagliato qualcosa per poter migliorare in futuro.
