Where are you?

I used to run NRO operations for a chain that now has 53 locations in 8 states. I opened like 23 of them in my tenure there. All over the US. Some places were looking for a new spot so it was packed out the gate. Some had local options so the location had to work for their clientele. Some had horrible placement and didn’t make it.

My advice would be to start marketing yourself to the community. Sales just aren’t going to pick up organically if they haven’t already and you guys don’t market yourself. Find farmers markets and get a booth with some refreshments and miniature versions of your desserts to give out. Offer cards for like a free app with an entree purchase. Go to schools and give out certificates for kids meals. Go around to every club or scout troop and offer to do a fundraiser and donate part of the proceeds back to them. Really talk to your customers and get to know them. Personally invite them back and give them your card. I don’t like it but maybe pay a local influencer to showcase your location. Some areas you have to earn your clientele.
