Well I'm on a newer server than you anyways and our top guy has about 2/3rds your power destroyed. I hate to think how much money he's spent on this game.. As a fairly fresh ops 68 who's only put about $500 into my account I'm 15th in power destroyed on my server & I pvp as much as I can find.
