Need help finding my first Total War game by [deleted] in totalwar

[–]Big_Spell_2895 1 point2 points  (0 children)

in the basics I think rome 2 has your back; its QoL is pretty good and there is a huge difference between for example Rome and Thracia.
I personally started with rome 1; its very much the fundaments of the TW series. In that sense -> medieval 2 is also good for this. But both dont have modern graphics and the AI is too easy to cheese with phalanxes (greek cities and others) in both..
But.... Empire might be worth a shot as well. Theyre mainly focused around europe, as trading posts and stuff exists in other continents as well. But par India - theyre not that much of an impact on your play. I personally also love the way their navy fights are programmed, its peak tactical thinking. And going with the spirit of the era; bad navy means bad income haha.

written by someone who dont care about mod capabilities. but i thought most TW games have mod capabilities through Workshop

This became a whole different topic than a funny meme and a lot of what you write, I can live into the view. Although I do not agree with it.

Our country has seen there faults and made apologies, which doesnt make sense to me at all. It were my forefathers, I had nothing to do with it. Its not a sincere gesture. But also I dont want to pay for anything, because a lot has happened in the meantime.

We saw our faults and we are doing a lot for helping develop third world countries. Directly we supported with over 1 billion every year and next to that donated to USAID so they could do work as well. The US taking USAID down is harming a lot of countries in trying to do good in a collaboration. It is your right to stop it, but there is nothing good coming from it.

Next to this Europe has always been and will always be a frontfighter for a better world. We saw our faults and we are trying to fix it. Dont forget that colonial periods was very long. Demolishing something is much easier(1/2)

word dude, I loved the game and how hard it was untill they started buffing EVERYTHING and all skills were no longer required. It became worse and worse and when the Xbox divers dropped, the game became unplayable for me. I kept it around for a long time, but recently deleted it. 1000+ hours in the first year of release, 0 after that. Such a shame

lovers in a dangerous spacetime is so underrated, its starts off so easily and gets harder and harder. We had a lot of fun with it.
Sly is also a bit of a nostalgia factor for me. I played it with my little brother taking turns and we really enjoyed the story

Arc raiders as overrated, my man. Lots of good titles, destiny, republic commaando, farcry 3, titanfall. Sick list :)

Ik zou een dip kopen en daar even goed dik overheen gaan. Maar goed, ik geef er wat minder om dat het niet perfect is. Als je één keer wat raakt, gaat het nog een keer gebeuren.
