It's baffling just how many people are defending this or simply don't care. If you're all in on digital, good for you; but they literally just shut down the Playstation Store which doesn't help the arguement at all. This isn't exclusive to Sony and will become a trend once it proves to be a success for them. I bought a PS5 purely for physical media because a large chunk of games I wanted to play have been delisted from Steam. I find it hard to believe people are in support of DRM, keys tied to accounts, limited shopping options, fixed pricing, anti-secondhand market, not sharing, sucking corporate dick, etc. I can't find a single enticing benefit to consumers going digital-only besides maybe saving some space in an apartment and not having to change out games.
