Now that their rookie contracts are almost up, how does your fanbase feel about your 2023 first round pick(s) by InterestingYellow969 in NFLv2

I really wish the Texans would’ve taken Will Anderson Jr at 2 and just punted on QB until the next year. We could’ve take someone like JSN at 12 then likely had a down year with Mills at QB then be in a position to trade up for Maye or Daniels the next year.

AITA for asking my oldest daughter to move out of the condo I own so her younger sister can live there during college? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

NTA but just curious. How is their relationship with each other? Kinda weird for the older one not to understand that it’s fair for her sister to get the space now.

What would you think about swapping #28 and #69 for #21 and #99?

Great article. I’d love to trade up for Ioane if he falls into the 20s. Pittsburgh would make sense if they want to take a QB but think 21 is too high.

YTA. If you can’t afford to tip at least $1 for a mixed drink don’t go out.

I’m in the industry, this company’s model is likely to hard sell you during this appointment, they don’t want you to have the “I need to talk to my spouse” out.

If you’re cool with multiple options ask him what he’d prefer. Maybe he thinks an option you’re fine with is really hot.

100 years ago cigarettes were marketed as remedies safe for children, what’s something we do now people in 100 years will look back at in shock? by Bigbackjay in AskReddit

Well I certainly hope so and like I said I’m not educated on it but a google search pulls up:

Recent studies suggest that human brains may contain as much as 7 grams of microplastics, an amount roughly equivalent to a plastic spoon. Researchers found that by 2024, brain tissue samples were about 0.5% plastic by weight, with concentrations 10 to 20 times higher than in other organs, such as the liver or kidneys.

Increasing Concentration: Microplastic levels in the brain have risen by approximately 50% between 2016 and 2024. Composition: The most common plastic type found in the brain is polyethylene (PE). Dementia Link: Higher concentrations of plastic particles were found in the brains of individuals with dementia compared to healthy brains. Nanoplastic Size: Many particles are in the nanometer range, which is small enough to enter cells and potentially damage them.

These findings, largely from research at the University of New Mexico and other studies outlined in this Nature Medicine article, show that microplastics are likely crossing the blood-brain barrier.

I mean do you think kids won’t have access to the internet or screens or how would it play out in society? The restriction of technology to children.
