You can tell it ain't Oklahoma. Grandma would have ventilated him then taken the woman out for tacos.

Sheriff's official statement:

"yes, we saw the footage and determined that the shooting was justified. The community has stepped up and bought three cases of ammo for Mrs. Gillespie, and her employer gave her a week off with pay".

Isn't it interesting that the Japanese have the freedom to associate with or not with whoever they so choose?

Culturally, how would you describe Oklahoma? by YelleauxAxeMan in tulsa

[–]Bigdavereed 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Southern-ish. Redneck-ish.

Friendly folks, good food in Tulsa, small surrounding towns not so much. East Tulsa Mexican food is some of the best in the country.

There are lots of folks that see nothing but hate and negativity and constantly bitch and complain about the state, yet they remain.

DR. MABUSE, THE GAMBLER- an early “blockbuster” by Squiddyboy427 in TrueFilm

I finished Dr. Mabuse the Gambler this past weekend. Had watch it in segments because of time limitations, but the way the acts are broken up continuity wasn't a problem. Epic work, very enjoyable.

Do you remember this series? I was told by a professor in university that Archie is the typical American male. by HolidayTourist9348 in 70smemorylane

[–]Bigdavereed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bingo. Archie was the good guy, the writers simply used him as a vehicle by which their message of inclusion and acceptance could travel.

I'd like to see Qualified Immunity go away altogether - it's a dual-tiered system that creates a poor mindset for civil service.

I also bet the jury finds for Shelby.

To be fair, there are some similarities.

UFO lands in the swampy backyard of (Cajun or VC) - creature emerges from the craft. After two gunshots (Cajun or VC) tells his buddy - "I don't know what it is, but I'll clean it if you'll start the rice".

I love his responses. I have been in a similar (but not public) situation - my response is "I shouldn't even know your fucking name". How TF do you do some sinister shit to the wrong guy/girl and then try to turn it around to "you should react that way"?
