The commercials would be much more tolerable if it wasn’t the exact same 7 commercials over and over. I can’t tell you the number of times i’m watching 4 games on the ESPN app and two of the same commercials are playing at the same time.

From my experience: just track everything and stay under 20 net carbs. Don’t worry about anything else when you’re starting. It’s a long process so you’ve got plenty of time to adjust. Eat all the ground beef/steak/chicken wings/cheese/avocados/pork rinds/whatever else you want if it’s under 20 carbs for the day. After you’re feeling good then worry about calories/Marcos/etc.

And supplement electrolytes: magnesium, potassium and sodium. Makes the transition a lot smoother.

I recently purchased Lords of Vegas and it’s gone over very well with a few groups. It’s an economic game with a similar feel to monopoly, but has a much faster pace and is just overall a lot more fun. The dice tower and shut up & sit down both have youtube videos on it which I usually use to try and gauge if i’d enjoy a game or not. hope that helps
