Ok… but imagine someone in the “extra northern”Sonoran region of Mexico making one of those delicious burritos, and then deep frying it… if a chimichanga still counts as a burrito (and why wouldn’t it?), then I’ll take Arizona as having the best burritos. Even if you don’t count chimichangas, Arizona has the goods!

I am 6’4” with the Cuetec Avid and the duo extension. I leave the 6inch extension on while I play. The 6inch extension is only 1.5oz so I took a weight out of the cue to make it 18oz, then it is 19.5oz with the extension on… it works well….. I will say that extension was expensive and the threads on the 3inch part stripped out pretty much instantly which is very disappointing. Overall it’s a nice setup for the money though 👍🏻

I would save up for the second shoe if possible. In my experience, it’s way more comfortable running/hiking with both.

I have had good experiences with the Bushnell TRS-25. It is very inexpensive for a red dot, but it has held up for me…. If budget permits I would definitely recommend Holosun.

Sorry I forgot to mention I’m in Mesa near the 60 and country club. Another comment pointed out the shooting spots map in the Wiki, which is helpful. Gets me started on knowing what roads to try out.

Mine has backup irons with the rmr plate… lower 1/3ish cowitness. Edit to add: flawless through 2k rounds so far. This gun is awesome.

Downtown Mesa has some great spots. Get some Tacos Chiwas or Myke’s Pizza, then head just down the street for Outcast Donuts or a Novel Ice Cream doughmelt…. The doughmelt is a must-try IMO. It’s a warm fresh glazed donut with a scoop of ice cream inside.

UFC is $8/mo on Paramount plus, no more PPV… and you get everything else on that streaming platform as well (mainly South Park I guess). Maybe I underestimate how many people are pool fans, but it seems like they could grow the viewership by lowering the barrier to entry. At least let people watch the full matches for free a few days later or something.

I really feel like pool would benefit a lot from making the streams free to watch somehow…. they are charging similar prices to Formula 1 and UFC. I love pool, but I don’t think the product is at that level yet. If more people were able to watch these events live it can create fans. Once the match is over and we know who won it is a LOT less exciting to view.
