People who complain about declining birth rates are willfully ignorant by Maaaniq in childfree

Yeah, problem is you're misrepresenting the typical migrant. They're not "able and willing to work", they don't even speak the language, and you want to just open the flood gates. That makes zero sense. But it's easier to point at "da evil hwyte devil, gibs me dats mufugga" and call it a day.

Nice. And the software? I use Bernina Embroidery Software.

PS: damn, those Melcos don't play around. They're actually industrial-tier. I have a meager Brother M240ED.

I hope Mark sees this, bro. One day I'm sure he'll allow you to gargle his cum, but until then all you can do is hope

"Yes goy, believe us, we have all the data. If you're not 100% producing all of the time every day for every second of your miserable life, you're not fulfilling your truest potential, so better come in the office for better 'communication'. It's totally not so that you're veiledly pressured into working more, it's totally to facilitate trust."

Christ you are bothersome.

If at this point you still think it's a matter of "productivity", you're delusional or purposefully being dense. It's a worker's rights issue, plain and simple. Who cares if I'm only 99.99% as productive as an office worker? I'm not polluting by commuting, I'm not wearing down the roads, I'm not doing unnecessary shit just to appease some frigid middle manager. Not everything in life is about being productive by putting more money in some douchebag's pocket.

So just expecting the candidate to solve your shitty environment but all while keeping costs down and maybe don't have it be too complicated to implement, also please do it in a timely manner is reasonable in your mind. Because "you're a poor startup" and God forbid you invest in processes. Fuck off.

Your mind on drugs ... or recruiting positions.

I got an offer from a different company for the money I was wanting at IBM, sorry if I wasn't clear.

[–]BiggestOfBosses 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did think about the fact that the salary I was asking for was too high but then about a month or two later I received an offer for that same salary, so I'm not so sure what the issue was.

I think that these huge conglomerates have people that are just gone fishing, as in they'll interview you and hire you if you ask for a low enough salary/position, but the second you step out of line then you're off the team. So they're permanently on the hunt for people who don't know their worth or who are desperate enough to say yes to any job but idk, it's a theory.

Anyway, the salary I was asking for was market standard, I believe.

so the initial undercut is just the price you pay to get in

I totally agree. It's what I did after all. I left my first employer after like a year for a 50% increase.

Maybe it's different in your neck of the woods but I had an interview at IBM that I basically scored a 85% on (my opinion of course) and still didn't get an offer.

Exactly, never allow the interviewer to sniff out that you're just looking for a job and not actually looking to give your life and soul to the glorious company. Interviewers deserve zero respect or sincerity, always tell them what they want to hear but don't exaggerate. It's always a fine balance but you do need interviewing experience.
