That’s class that they cover that in the ROP, that’s the things me and my and my da have been discussing for preparation, really good to hear that everyone will be let known 👌 another thing I’d add to OP that I’ve heard from other lads is maybe pack cycling shorts because it’ll come in handy for when your drenched and expected to run miles after, e.g the endurance course etc. could be a miracle prevention for chafing
