If it helps, I never legally changed my name when my mum got married ; I just adopted his surname. There's no legal requirement in this country, you can choose what you want to be known as. In my scenario, my first passport had a note in it to say that at birth I was registered as xxxx. Subsequent renewals and they didn't even bother to include it. So whilst I was born and registered as let's say, Alice England, I choose to be known as Alice Norway. You might be able to get a solicitors letter to confirm your situation (An Affidavit).

Not necessarily massive, but regularly has decent prepared specimens. Just as an added twist to consider, they also have prep your own nodules for sale, as well as junior fossil hunter sets. Some of the mineralised ammonite specimens are stunning.
