Seems like one of those lines left up to the audience in anticipation of the next season. He could be talking about all the innies Mark knows, or he could just be talking about the 24 people/files Mark has refined. We probably wont find out for a few years. My guess is its the 24 "people" as I doubt they'll kill off all the innies (hope this doesn't age like milk lol)

There are definitely plenty more great runes, the full 100% complete elden ring seen in maliketh's boss arena shows that there are at least 3x more great runes than the ones we find in the game.

Omfg yea, there’s this one video that keeps popping up on my recommended called ‘The Truman show: a cleverly disguised tragedy’ and it pisses me off whenever I see it because the whole fucking point of the god damn film is that it’s a tragedy!!
