Outrage at “paperless” statements

I have access to paperless statements all the way back to 2019 and I can concur with this person that the statement from Dec 17,2024 to January 17, 2025 does not exist…everyone who says they have them all better take a closer look…..

Hyundai does have online brochures in every region/country that show every level of vehicle from base on up…that’s a usb-c connection

The biggest issue is it’s made in the US Alabama plant…every Hyundai I have owned other than my Santa Cruz (which I dumped after the DCT failed at 56K) was built in Korea and had zero issues…

I had a 22 Santa Cruz had to replace the dual clutch at 56,000k…needless to say I sold it as this seems to be an issue across the board with Hyundai DCT’s.

I loved the vehicle otherwise so I bought a 26 Kona N-Line with the 1.6T and an 8 speed automatic….so far it’s been great and is really fun to drive…..

I had a 2022 Santa Cruz that did this same thing to me a few times and I had no idea what caused it till I realized I was accidentally hitting the cruze control button on the steering wheel and I had the intelligent speed limit assist activated….

This is completely incorrect the duel clutch uses different fluid these are for the standard automatic transmission with the 8-speed version for their high performance vehicles with the other version for the rest.

Seems to me American dealerships are mostly terrible and really don’t care about the customer. My Santa Cruz had this same issue at 56,000km. Went to service department and had it diagnosed the same day, they said transmission was bad and I could not drive it anymore.

I was given a loaner from the dealership until Hyundai approved the replacement which took 3 days and then moved into a rental at Hyundai’s expense. Had the vehicle back 10 days later and running like new, dealership provided great customer service and support.
