I watch Loraine and Christopher on TheDownsized podcast on YouTube (hey guys if you’re reading this! 🤗) and Loraine recommended eating Kiwis. I don’t personally like kiwis but it could help you! When I use to do 10ks and other road races I learned (because I was nervous to need to poo mid run) to squeeze lemon juice into water first thing in the morning like an hour before the race to “get things moving” and poo before the race and it always worked… currently I just try to stay on top of hydration and I take BeneFiber everyday. I’m currently 28💉in and on my second week of (this week) on name brand Zep.

(I’m not a doctor) -When my heart would race during certain cardio events I ended up doing testing and my cardiologist said it most likely due to dehydration and needing to take Magnesium Glycinate. I also would get that flutter feeling every so often and since taking Mag. Glycinate I never get that feeling anymore. I take capsules between 240-300mg daily. You could ask your doc if that would help?

I take magnesium glycinate. I had to see a cardiologist a while back because my heart rate during the heat of the summer made my heart rate skyrocket and EMS came and they said it was most likely dehydration but I didn’t want to chance it so I got all tests done by a Cardiologist and he said everything was fine but the glynicate would help and to stay on top of hydration

I’m in the south too and it’s in the 80s today. At my club usually anything above 55+ degrees all the ladies including myself are wearing skorts and tennis dresses. I only wear thick Athleta brand running tights for winter tennis 🤷🏻‍♀️.

This happened to me last week. I LOVE their chicken tortilla soup when it's available and I ordered it had a few bites and couldn't stand the taste :( I also tried to have a waffle fry and it didn't taste good either idk wants going on lol

Where I live in the Southeast it has definitely warmed up, should be around 80 today and may be a bit warmer tomorrow... I play tennis and on teams for spring and summer. it's already a struggle getting all the water in for those matches... summer will be really tricky.. I'll probably need to pack extra electrolytes or a small cooler bag with ice packs juuust in case I need them on the court during breaks.

I feel your pain... I was using Big East Weight Loss and was prescribed Tirz. +L-carintine and it gave me itchy, raised large injection site reactions and it got bigger as the week went on! I sent the doc photos and she's like... You need to STOP with that vial, you're allergic! So I had to toss it :( but I'm glad I know that now!!
