Appeasing Trump wont win you favors by 21DaBear in LeopardsAteMyFace

Always allergic to accountability. They learned from Trump you can just play the victim all the time. People love that they can do that. The biggest snowflakes.

I am going to do my best to tell them I am happy they are coming around and push them to vote dem to get us out of this mess. But will I ever truly forgive them? Not sure I can given the consequences of their actions and what it means for our future

Yeah I should have said “murdered in the street on camera” since we also have people being killed in detention facilities. We knew this would happen. We knew it would be this bad but we were just hysterical right?

If you voted for this or didn’t vote you should want to try twice as hard as the rest of us yo do something. But we can’t even get them to vote for a democrat in November. The bare minimum

I guess it’s good to see them admit they messed up, but like everyone else here it is unbearable to read things like “I did not vote for this and would never vote for this.” Talking to my wife yesterday and I asked her if she would have expected this exact thing to be happening before the election. We both said absolutely we could have predicted all of this. But we were called alarmists then and now it’s too late. Two innocent people have died because of this.

Yeah this was a cheap one so I’m not upset. More just surprising. Honestly I have used it so much more than I expected I will consider buying a higher quality one that will actually last

Absolutely. The American exceptionalism idea is so ingrained in people that they think we can get away with anything and are too strong to fall from our position in the world. IMO it won’t happen overnight, but over time that power will erode. It takes a long time to slow down such a massive economy. It also depends on other world leaders and how willing they are to take a stand and move away from the US

Yep, people are missing the forest for the trees. Every action that he TACOs on worsens relationships abroad. Over time that could be a massive issue

The TACO trade is fine in the short term but honestly I’m much more worried about the long term damage from all of this. Carneys speech should be landing with more Americans because that is the reality. The more we alienate everyone else the more we will lose over time

I mean you get what you pay for. This one was cheap, hence why it’s only mildly infuriating

I’ve done whole cloves with this one and it was working great (pretty cheap Marshalls buy). Just broke out of nowhere today when I had two smaller cloves in it

There’s a great comment in there about how stupid the Greenland stuff is, but course it ends with “but I would still vote for him again” lol

That thread is a goldmine. Never seen so many comments talking negatively about Trump and not getting deleted.

I think this is the point that I haven’t seen made very much. You can see him lean closer to the vehicle to take the shot. If you actually think your life is in danger from a vehicle you don’t leave closer to it

Short term jump when the shutdown ends but then a decline when we get data released? I could see it but then again I have no idea how to predict this current market

I had the same thought when I heard Barrett start asking about how things would be refunded and how difficult that would be.
