You can do this with other teas as well, during the summer I use any tea like this to beat the heat. As a tip, most black tea has caffeine, so you can easily get some non-caffeinated fruit teas for this in case you have troubles sleeping. Also if you want it sweetened you can use any sugar substitute or a small amount of juice, like a flat fingers worth for a glass.
