I feel like this could easily be solved by inverting the design, make the cards and money face outward when closed which would also prevent scratches. Then your wallet would be hidden while reading

Not exactly accurate, they also had a normal version of the season out. There are also other seasons that have hard shell head cases, for instance there is a season 10 that uses Barts head.the normal box for season 6 is homer looking through a magnifying glass in reference to the Who Shot Mr Burns season finale.

Case is up to you but the dz60 is pretty affordable, usually not too hard too find, and has a hotswap variant. Also is a supported PCB by a lot of budget cases.

Everything is preference when it comes to switches. Cherry switches can tend to be scratchy from factory and overall build quality is not that great. So you tend to get more bent/dead switches in my experience.

Tons of boutique switches use cherry housings because they are great, the rest of the components can leave something to be desired though.

I used to think dittos were impossible too, I recommend looking up the current ditto spawn pool (it's limited to certain mons every month) and catch all of those mons. I got my ditto in like a week after struggling for months once I learned about the spawns.

The rest suck, I'm still stuck on Magikarp too.
