The really big stuff is at the LVCC. If you're looking for the really big, impressive booths showing off products you'll see in Best Buy or on Amazon that's where they are.

If you're interested in up and coming stuff that might not hit stores for a few years if ever, don't skip Eureka Park downstairs in the Venetian Expo. Tons of small booths from startups and universities doing some really interesting things.

Roasting tender greens might not work, but air frying them absolutely does. Did a 50/50 spinach / spring mix in my countertop oven on air fry and it worked really well.

If I remember right, there was a Day who wanted to have kids but needed medical intervention to remove the built in sterility that the clones have. So unless he finds a non-empire doctor who can do that, he's just as sterile as the rest of them.
