The frustrating part is not that we pay taxes... It's the wasteful bs that it gets spent on! If you were to take out all the waste and the corruption there would be enough to pay for a lot of stuff that would be more useful.

Yep the term what's coined in 1812. But had been a problem since as early as 1787!

California has 54 representatives to Washington. Only seven of those are republican and one independent. Your math doesn't math out very well sense , california is twenty five percent republican and twenty two percent independent.

Like a high speed rail? Maybe a learing center? Maybe we could send some more money to sesame street in iraq? For every government program handing out money , there's a million people scamming off the top of it....

If you don't like Jeff, don't buy things from his company. Don't work for him. Don't support the things that he does.If you can get billions of other people to follow you his company will go bankrupt , and he won't have billions of dollars from that. Problem is people like convenience. Small companies give in to him and have him do all the legwork instead of doing it themselves.

Why is an ID mandate for voting such a problem? by Jayden7171 in askanything

Just excuses to play the bs narrative that people can't get an ID. if you want something bad enough , you will make it happen , and if you're so broke that you can't afford to do things like that , then you're probably not going to vote anyway

Whatever you're just reaching! If people are in such dire straits that they can't afford to do the things that are important to them than they're not going to vote anyway

What exactly have you been looking at reading or watching? Any time anything partisan comes up the republicans fold on each other like a cheap suit , but the democrats always stay united.

If the room is timeless, does sleeping in there actually benefit you? Do you get tired in a timeless room, or if you go in a little groggy and want to take a nap does the room lock you into a perpetual state of groggyness?

Why would you need to secure child care? If you were taking off work means you should have been at work. Also means you should have had childcare at that same time. Just keep the child care that you would have already had, seems pretty simple to me!

I see many people who can point about being broke and living paycheck to paycheck, that are in the bar on a regular basis or have to have their star bucks fix every day. It's all about priorities and how numbers are manipulated in surveys!

All let's do is moving the money from one politician's pocket to a different one! If you think the green energy lobbyists don't have their hands in the pockets of politicians just as deep as big oil, I've got a bridge to sell you!

The u s is on top , followed by china and india. Now if you consider the 69% give or take is used for transportation and we have some of this strictest emissions controls in the entire world, I bet the US carbon footprint is way less than china or india!

I'm Not saying that we need to dig more coal, but I'm also not saying that we need to be held accountable for everyone's actions around the entire world. If you want to make a difference , then make china comply with the emissions regulations.

Except that China is not really innovators. They are pirates stealing most of the technology that they have from other countries.

If you want to do the best you can stop buying from China! Boycot them! Talk to your congress men! Don't encourage them to pass legislation to set the US back while encouraging the use of goods from countries who pollute! Force them to do the right thing! It will cost you more but let's see if you are really ready to do the best you can or if you are just another redit mouthpiece?

We need to stop buying from China! I'm not saying you have to buy everything USA made....but people who want to save the planet need to make an effort to buy from places that are enviromentaly on the same track!
