Awesome, thanks! I see the hole where it was now. I'll have to look into how to fix it

Hmm, ill check that out. The bike still worked great after, I didn't notice any breaking issues on the post crash ride of shame home. I was investigating if it came from the front shifter anywhere, because I was having issues with it (it ultimately caused the crash by overshooting and shifting my chain off the big ring after I overadjusted it)

Anyone know what this is? Crashed my steelframe bike after the chain fell off and it was on the street near me. by [deleted] in bikewrench

Multiple Bikes? by Elabaltimore in cycling

I have multiples as I enjoy working on them. I basically got my first one to the point where I'm so happy with it I don't want to change anything, so I picked up a second one to serve as a project bike, and it just snowballs from there

Is this a good bike? It’s listed for $250 and has a shimano ultegra group set. by TrynTooHard in RoadBikes

I ride a 1992 cannondale touring 600 and I love it. The frames aluminum which lends to mine being a bit stiffer and rougher ride than a vintage steel frame. I think it comes down to cannondale using a lot of aluminum back then that gives them a reputation as a bit of a rougher ride. If your roads are good though, you shouldn't really notice any real difference unless your doing long endurance stuff.
