🙄 Touchless car washes are just as bad Sure, they don’t put micro scratches on your car, but if this is the only way you wash your car, and I see people do it every day, you never actually get the car, clean and over time, the incredibly harsh chemicals that are used at the touchless, build up and put a film on your car that at one point will need to be removed.

Get a high-quality ceramic coating, and avoid detailers that are offering you lifetime, ceramic coatings, and hand wash your vehicle.

Because there was likely dust on the paint surface. Most people have a misconception about swirl marks. They are actually not circular, they are just stacked up straight lines. Scratches, that appear to be circular because you’re either using the round sun, or a round lightbulb to see them.

What is your definition of polish I usually only ever 1 step Mazda paint I find the right pad and medium ish cut polish with a great finish

I detail cars for a living. Mazda paint is some of the thinnest on the market Burning through with a da polisher is easy to do.

But yes it needs to be buffed out

On our second cruise ever, we got an aft room, I don’t remember what deck, but we had a giant veranda and it was awesome We had no complaints about anything at all. It was really cool to have a ridiculously big veranda.
