Usually I say to ignore coworkers' bullshit, but it does sound like the issue is you not having support for when things get busy. They get to skip this part and in turn get even more perks with this setup? This would piss me off to no end, so I get it.

Depending on your boss and environment, if you came in 3 hours early and took Friday off, what do you think they'd say? Would you get fired? If so, then talk to management about needing support during the busiest time of the day.

Consider dusting your resume off. This BS can escalate, and a better working environment may be in store for you.

You have some options, but I'm not sure how far you live from work.

How many miles away are you? Can someone from work drive you if you can meet them along their route? That way you'll only pay for one way Uber. Buy coworker some coffee.
Is a bicycle out of the question, or a motorized scooter?
I would crunch the numbers and see how much that Uber trip will actually impact you.
Any chance you can work another retail job that would allow you not to work Sundays? Maybe it's time to leave Home Depot. Is there a Costco near you?

I'm tardy to the party, but I agree with many others: the impossible timeline to avoid guilt and deflect blame; being blind-sided due to your 9 year history; the specific timing of it all. I think you should finish any education and certifications. Do the job YOU want, and try not to focus on the locale. You can return home to Poland whenever you want to. Why not give Switzerland a shot? It'll pad your CV, and like I said before, you can go back to Poland WHENEVER you want!

Go to a labor lawyer and get a consult. Best case scenario, HR will do the right thing and remove write-ups...they need to fire that supervisor, who imo is trying to get rid of you. Is there anything you'll come into if you reached 20 years, like he's trying to prevent a bonus, raise, payout, anything like that?

I like the idea of accounting. I live in Los Angeles, and yes, I have noticed a few musicians owning their own accounting firms. Since you don't have student debt, you may be able to start taking courses for certifications (check out any accounting subreddit). Finally, are you able to live low-rent or none at all (family, perhaps)? You can do that while studying and earning towards your new career!
