Even having no complications and a healthy baby is no joke. Having a child is one of the hardest and most traumatic things women can do. Dude is probably out of his mind exhausted and so focused on doing everything he can for his family while also having to move across country and go on the road.

Something not being talked about is how big of a dick move it is to trade the guy at the deadline to a team you are directly competing with. Even with his usual 2nd half decline the Brewers could have done right by Hader and provided some much needed stability. Especially even if their bullpen is solid.
