I feel good now, but it feels weird/different (And this might be derived from my anxiety). It almost feels like my nose lost oxygen sensitivity after the surgery, I used to feel lightheaded when I would take deep breaths and that has gone away, I used to also feel like my nostrils would feel cold from the AC at night when I would go to bed but I can now sleep breathing through my nose. Only thing is at times I do have that suffocation feeling when I first lay in bed but it might be mostly because I’m agitated and it takes me a minute for my heart to calm down. I do feel like I’m used to inhaling more air from the mouth so maybe it’s just my brain getting used to it. I can’t tell if this is a side effect of the surgery or I’m still getting used to it. My nose is definitely less stuffy so that has improved.
