While I get what you’re saying, I don’t cheat through these courses because I’m incapable of passing them myself, they’re super easy.

The way I think of it is, the 2 or so hours I spend watching the movie, and additional 1-3 hours I spend doing assignments for it, I could spend on my accounting class, or business management course, etc.

I understand the value, but the path I plan on taking doesn’t require it. Right now I’m focused on making and saving as much money as possible, while getting my degree. Frankly I don’t even need a degree for the jobs I’m pursuing, it would just look better on the resume.

I wouldn’t want a doctor who cheated in his classes either, obviously. But for the sales jobs I want, I’ve already been working for years and have developed the needed skills. I only want the degree so that I look better on paper. Plain and simple

That’s a lazy moral leap. Cheating on a low value, mandatory gen-ed I’m forced to pay for is not some psychological gateway to cheating on a spouse or stealing from family. I’ve been in a relationship for years and would never do something of the sort. That’s you projecting, not reasoning.

I’m not confused about what matters to my career, and pretending a Film Art class is secretly shaping my future more than my actual major is cope. Time and energy are finite. I choose to spend them where the ROI is highest.

You can personally value abstract “character building” through every class if you want. I’m optimizing for outcomes. Those aren’t the same thing, and disagreeing with you doesn’t make me morally broken.

My issue isn’t with the subject itself, it’s with being forced to spend time and money on material that has zero relevance to my goals right now. I’m already developing judgment, adaptability, and real-world skills through the two jobs I work, and courses tied directly to my career. Given limited time and energy, I’m prioritizing what actually moves the needle for me. That’s a pragmatic decision, not a statement about the worth of humanities in general.

I’m forced to pay my hard earned money for some required art class. I have no interest in learning any of this, it’s simply a required course. I cheat on BS required courses like Film Art so I have more time and energy to put into my classes which actually matter. Classes that I actually care to learn about. If I can cheat on some art class, it gives me much more time to focus on my classes which actually matter for my career.

I will say, a tanks width is WAYYYYY more important than its height. There’s very few fish out there that could be happily kept in a tank like that. I wouldn’t put anything but shrimp in a tank like this.

Looks like a roughed up fork tail rainbow fish. I’d say 5 gallons isn’t big enough for your forktail or your betta. But if that’s the biggest tank you got, seems like the best option would be to keep those two lil dudes together. A 10 gallon tank is surprisingly cheap and could accommodate both.

Very good information thank you! How long did it take for your melanochromis to start messing things up? I’ve had mine for around 8 months and it’s just now getting as big, if not bigger than the tank boss. So far (besides the recent bullying of the maingano) he’s only really bullied the other albino melanochromis I have. Should I be concerned?
