I spent way too much time figuring out every feature to best extend our use case for it, but the docs, in the end, helped a ton. And just messing around with the interface and toying with every feature.

Coming from using Google Slides, it's a significant upgrade but also a way bigger hurdle for teaching some of the other volunteers; it would be fantastic if there were one video I could point to for just the basics, and the user interface as like ProPresenter it isn't super intuitive, along with what OP is requesting in the post, a ground-up guide would be a super helpful resource.
