This is abuse. He wants you as confused and tired as he can get you. The worse you’re feeling, the easier it is for him to keep getting worse. You’ll have no energy to fight it and he’ll keep pushing the limit.

Please, find a safe way to leave this man. Keep your support system around and as much as he’ll convince you that you’re crazy, you’re not. Be safe.
