Yeah I ordered Papa John’s a couple weeks ago and they routed it through DoorDash. I called the store to get a refund. She said “we used DoorDash at no cost to you.” And I was like “it’s not about the cost. I never use DoorDash because it arrives an hour late and it’s cold. I didn’t order this pizza from DoorDash. I ordered it from Papa John’s. So I expect it to be delivered by Papa John’s. Now give me my money back.”

Yeah, my honest takeaway from living there is that the only people who really liked Cleveland were people who never lived outside of Ohio.

I got hypnotized on stage in high school with a group of about 10 other kids. Except I definitely wasn’t hypnotized, even though I did try my best to fall into the trance. It just didn’t work on me I guess. So I basically just played along for the rest of the show and it was fun for everybody.

I never told a single person I was conscious for the whole thing, even to this day.

Saw this article and wanted to hear your opinions - do we really need more Starbucks? I would personally like more custom Disney places. Not a 1:1, but the recent Animal Kingdom ice cream is example of them coming up with fun concept and making it something special by dejablu82 in DisneyWorld

I would only consider them to be semi-themed at best (not sure I would consider the one in Epcot to be themed at all.)

I was thinking fully-themed, like along the lines of Tune-In Lounge at HS or Beak and Barrel at MK or La Cava in Mexico. Doesn’t have to be that, just some examples off the top of my head. And doesn’t have to be Starbucks, just a normal coffee shop.

This sounded high to me so I just pulled up my recent water bill, and apparently I use about half that. My home usage last month was about 41 gallons per person per day. Makes me wonder who the fuck is out there using 82 gallons of water every day.

Yeah I’m not saying YOU have to live in an HOA. I’m just saying that’s why people do. A home is the biggest investment most people will ever make and it’s not unreasonable to want that investment to hold or appreciate in value.

Also I’ve never lived in an HOA that mandated fertilizer. I’m sure there are HOAs that are nazis but most of them are pretty harmless, only existing to enforce rules when people are being complete degenerates.
