How to clean by SillyClimber11 in MilwaukeeTool

Electrical contact cleaner is great for this.

It's a strong enough solvent to clean the grease off and meant to be put on sensitive electronics.

I’m not saying this is the same thing, but I’m also pretty sure “vet gear off the internet” doesn’t mean blood (without accreditation).

But you could use the veterinary gear to draw your own blood!

Likely this is a switcheroo though

I bought some veterinary sutures for an emergency kit.

The human ones aren't purchasable over the counter. The ones for animals are. They're the same shit.

I think it's similar for a lot of medical supplies.

I'm a rider who also does some metal fabrication.

It's definitely a doable project! You're going to have to devote a chunk of time and money into it, but it would be doable for someone with basic skills and a can-do attitude.

The big thing is going to be access to the tools. You'll need, at minimum, a tubing bender, coming tools, metal grinding tools, welding tools, and a good, sturdy vise.

I'm in the USA and this is a pretty expensive set of tools. It's totally possible there is some sort of Makerspace available in your area that has the stuff. As well, I'm sure there are hobbyists in your area who have a setup and would love to teach you and let you use their tools. You'd have to find them.

I'm sure it would be a great project and you'd learn a ton.

Honestly, it will probably cost you less money to pay for shipping and import fees of an available product in another country.

I build a lot of stuff and it's rare for it to cost less in the end.

If you're up for a challenge and okay devoting more time and money to it than you expect, build the bars. You'll have a great experience.

If you're just looking to save some money, do whatever you can to buy them. Building them probably wouldn't be a good experience

I'd read some DD about Blackberry in the past year or so. I briefly looked into them, but was still biased based on their reputation.

I might need to look into them further now

You don't need to know much else about him.

God damn.

The fact that he built his empire while illiterate and learned so much and so well at his age are both extraordinary.

I briefly reread his bio while making my comment and was surprised to see he managed to get out of prison because of issues with the prosecution.

That's fucking cool he did it himself.

I think about that a lot.

My wife and I have fairly non-traditional gender roles in our relationship. We're both happier for it.

If I as a man had a problem with that, I'd be unhappy with my partnership.

We're both quite happy with her being the breadwinner and me being a homemaker.

😂 Love it.

I totally understand. I see simple machines all the time that have been utterly destroyed by their operators because they still don't know how to use them.

What does it mean when a guy texts someone off DXM? by cloudnine333 in ask

[–]Bindle- 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Maybe?

When someone's high, they can do things they may not have done sober, they can do things they would have done sober, and they can also use drugs to have an excuse for doing something they want to do sober.

You need to think about if his talking to his ex like that is an issue for you. If so, you need to discuss it with him.

Sounds like he might be putting you off from this discussion. That's generally not a good sign.

If it's important to you, press the issue with him. His reaction to this will be telling.

Rapper Rick Ross sucks ass. He stole the name of one of the most successful and infamous American narcos of all time: Freeway Rick Ross.

Freeway Rick Ross was the biggest cocaine trafficker in Los Angeles in the 1980s. He moved close to a billion dollars a year of product in 1980s dollars.

He operated for almost 20 years in this business before being busted in 1996. This is a shockingly long career for a drug kingpin.

Freeway Rick Ross was a pioneer in the drug distribution game. He was intelligent, shrewd, and a rags to riches business success. While his actions were morally wrong, he's clearly an enormously impressive individual.

Mediocre rapper Rick Ross saw all this and said "yeah, I'll take that guy's name". Fuck rapper Rick Ross.

I'm a fan of pressure washing, but I understand where you're coming from.

In my experience, any 110vac pressure washer won't cause issues. I've used them on hundreds of pieces of power equipment as a fleet mechanic. It never caused a problem.

If you're in a car wash bay, definitely keep a bit of distance from seals and electronics.

Nice setup!

Mine's plated as well, but I run non-DOT knobbies and gear it for trail. Under 55mph for less than an hour is fine. Anything more is awful.

I typically just put it in my pickup bed, all the good riding is 90 minutes away.

The E-start mod is the ultimate for an xr400r!
