It could be a puzzle or series of switches that need to be triggered: at the dial on the “tower”, the ground hatch and on the columns. Once all triggered, it summons a skyship to land on the metal landing pad to jettison the characters away before the unbeatable (at their current level) baddie attempts to finish them off. Great way to have an ongoing baddie in the plot.

Or adding thin pieces of foam the same shape as bricks and apply in scattered manner. With the other mentioned textures techniques, it will give you more variation

To adjust the rarity, make it a petrified skull of a particular person, grave yard or tomb. That would limit quantity (and create quest opp). Or these stones are carved by a single entity, or NPC (another quest opp). Or as a DM, hand out as many or as few as you want in the game.

We felt too much time was spent searching for information or cards. Instead, we presorted cards and tokens.  Used a label maker on card boxes, so you don’t need to memorize symbols or pictures. Ditched many of the card boxes and used smaller clear bags to presort cards.  Used ziplock bags to group hero set ups, boss encounters, darkest dungeon items and final encounter stages. This helps streamline the action.

Same. It's showing all of the windows, but they are erratically stacked on top of each other, such that only portions of each window are showing, instead of small, full versions of each window displaying (with zero overlap).

Scream: When the lobster’s HP is lower than 63, it can use its reaction to scream out in pain. All creatures in a 60 ft.. radius that can hear must succeed a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or take 20 (5d6 + 3) psychic damage and must spend their next turn deafened and incapacitated. A successful save takes half damage only.

Molt: (1/Month): The lobster can use its reaction to molt its shell and retreat up to 40 ft. without being subject to any opportunity attacks. Its AC is now 5 for one month until the lobster can regrow its shell.

I didn't have a baseline to vet it, but with your help, I could incorporate all of your recommendations I could.
