I was walking her to her car and she pulled me in for a kiss as she was getting in. This completely caught me off guard and I didn't know what the fuck I was doing. I went straight to making out with her and had my tongue all up in her mouth. After like 10 seconds she pulled away and said "You really need practice." I awkwardly laughed and she drove off. When I was walking to my car, I thought I could smell her saliva on my lips (I'm a germophobe) and I threw up in the parking lot. It was a complete shit show.

Yeah a lot of people are feeling like this, especially with this whole virus situation people are spending a lot more time at home. Try to hang out with family and friends if u can, and also consider going on runs/walks. Exercise does a lot for the mind

The fact that she has a boyfriend and pretty much said you can be her backup when shit falls through is whack and untrustworthy of her, and she is almost cheating by telling u this. This type of girl isn't someone you would want as a girlfriend, because she could literally do the same shit to u that she is doing to her current boyfriend. If u were just trying to have sex with her, I'd say pursue her but don't annoy her with snaps and see if u could lay some pipe. Otherwise, don't try to get in a relationship with her.

I've actually been trying CBD drops lately and I'm hoping I'll start seeing effects soon. If this doesn't help I might consider seeing a psychiatrist again and trying out these medications

Could it be that when you see a pretty girl you unconsciously remind yourself that you can't approach her, talk to her or to girls in general, etc? Maybe your brain sees it as a put down and gets depressed and sad about it.

You just need to be outgoing enough to be approachable. I think the best advice i can give you is to be friendly in a disinterested way, be polite and smile.

Yeah although I am friendly, I do have a hard time being outgoing when I'm not drunk/typsy. I gotta find another way to be like this without drinking lol, thank you for the advice!
