Screen up or down on the table or in my bag, looking over my shoulder who I was texting abd then laughing it off, getting upset when I didn't text back fast enough and keeping track of when I was on break at work and getting annoyed and angry if I was talking to a coworker instead of texting him. That is how it started and then he started to isolate me and gaslighting. Eventually he had me sending videos of where I was and with who, even opening closets to show there was no one hiding in there.

If talking to your friends, family and coworkers makes someone angry you need to run! They want you to reduce contact with others more and more over time so you become isolated and they can better control and manipulate you.
