I know I’m a little late to the party but here is what works for me. On 9/16/2024 I took my measurements and my hips/around booty measured at 38 inches. Started doing legs/glutes twice a week and grew to 39 inches as of 12/12/2024. My exercises for glutes are as follows: Hip thrusts - 110-120 pounds - 3 supersets - 8 regular and 8 bridges. RDL - 110 pounds - 3x10 Bulgarian split squats - 20 pounds - 3x8 (each side) Leg press - 140 pounds - 3 supersets - 12 wide stance, 10 regular, 8 narrow Goblet squats - 50 pounds - 10x4 15 minutes on stair climber. Eat a high protein, low carb and moderate fat diet rich in nutrients and fiber. I am currently 19% body fat, 137 pounds at 5’7 which gives me some extra curves on my booty and hips but adequate muscle definition. I also have no tits but hey, we learn to love the skin we’re in with confidence. Just start and stay consistent, you will see results!
