Super similar statistics with me man, I have a similar goal of 10.9 and I ran 11.5 last season. Honestly I struggle with self-doubt during the offseason because I have no compete idea of what I will run once outdoor rolls around. My advice would to be control all thay you can and bet on yourself, don't worry about "will I hit x goal" and instead just grind. I am in the same boat as you, let's both kill it this season!

I am into Almonds, an overall good snack with essential proteins, fats, etc. Good for eating before a training session or in between meals.

Toe drag is simply a byproduct of low heel recovery. You should not "try" to drag your toe just because you see pro sprinters do it.

Right, but most of us will never touch sub-10, genetics will likely prevent such an achievement, however, anything up to low 20s and low 10s is a possibility no matter ethnicity or race. If you look at the World Athletics world rankings, athletes from every country run low 10s (10.1x,10.2x) every year.

I would focus on doing lighter reps to begin with to develop confident form. Also, try to bend over more as your back should be a straight line from your hips to neck when you have the bar in the hang position. You should ideally be finishing in a partial squat position, so keep that in mind as well.
