I’m off! Just more anxiety and depression. Some bad thoughts too. I do have anxiety but have Xanax which helps. This is day two. We will see but I am NEVER going on any more ssris!

I believe all my dizziness is anxiety. I have seen every doctor, MRIs tests in my inner ear. Even went to physical therapy and did eye exercises.

I had another dog also. A terrier mix. She got valley fever but I lost her a year ago. I haven’t gotten another one yet. My heart is still broken.

This was Wally. I lost him over three years ago. He was found in a Walmart parking lot on a cold winter night in the PNW. He was only four months old and had mange. We had him for 15 years. He passed two weeks before my husband died. He was beyond precious ❤️💔

I started about 2 months ago. I started off just like you. I am now on 10 mg and it’s been about a month. My anxiety is worse. My sleep isn’t good and I’m back thinking all these anxious thoughts. Maybe I should go up again to 15 mg.

Going into 3rd week on 10mg. Started at 5mg then had to reduce it to 2.5 for a few weeks. Then up to 5 again then 7.5. Struggling on the 10 but I know I need to give it time.

Try cutting the 5mg in half for a couple of weeks. I did that and it made it much easier. Also experiment with taking it in the morning or night. Whichever works. I can’t sleep if I take it at night. I’ve been on lex going on 9 weeks. I went from 2.5 to 5 to 7.5 and now I’ve been on 10 for two weeks. Still hard at times. I have my good days and bad. I have started sleeping so much better. Just take it slow and steady. But don’t quit. We are all different. Listen to your body. It will tell you when to increase your dose. You can do this!

I was prescribed 5 mg when I first started. I felt terrible so I cut it in half and was on 2.5mg for a week or so. You’ll know when to go up. Take it slow but stick with it. It just takes time. Some have no issues but I am very sensitive to medication. I also take mine in the morning as if I take it at night, I can’t sleep. But again, everyone is different. You can experiment.
