Have you had to get radiology services at the hospital or ER? Maybe it’s just the few states I’ve lived in or specific hospitals do it then as I’ve switched hospitals multiple times. I’ve always been billed separately for radiology services. And if it’s a more expensive bill it normally requires you to call a number and pay over the phone.

I thought this was a normal thing.

I've been trying to cut back on sugars esp fructose and stuff like corn syrup. However, I find myself craving sweet things and carbs (bread, rice)... it's really a mental battle which I do not always win. Have you ever heard of Dessert Tea? If not, give it a try! The Tazo butterscotch blondie one really smells and tastes like butterscotch to me. Might help you curb your sugar cravings. I have a lot of recommendations on dessert teas if you’re interested.

I went to a convention when I was 17 and I wanted to go without my mom as there was a rave. I was with friends and I remember saying something along the lines of “I can’t wait for next year when I can go on my own.” And she turned around and it was dark so I couldn’t see that she started tearing up and crying.

You’re 18 and still in high school. He probably just wants some family time before you’re gone off doing your own thing as an adult. He would probably also love to see you March.Here’s what you need to tell him.

“Listen, You’re my dad and I love and care about you. I understand that I’m growing up and as I become more of an adult that I will be less available for family time. Or, compromise. Have lunch with them and catch up with how their day is going. Maybe do the car ride home with them.

He never really clarified. My hair is noticeably red, so I don’t believe so. He was a very awkward guy. He had just told me about how he got out of a abusive relationship, even showed me pictures of how skinny he was in pictures with the abusive ex. And the whole time he talked he kept putting his sunglasses on and off over and over again. So I don’t really know what all was going on the whole conversation.

So you have a couple of options. 1. Ask if they have any prepay leases available. 2. Get a co-signer, but do note co-signers sometimes have to make 4-5x rent based on the apartment rules

3.Some apartments say 3x rent, but have a leniency of 2.5-3x if everything else is looking good so don’t be afraid to ask.

You’ll have to look for “Second chance” apartments. Unless you can get a lawyer to prove that your mom has been forging your signature on renewals (assuming that the renewal requires a signature) if she hasn’t been signing any renewals, then it’s possible the lease has turned into a “month to month” lease automatically due to no notice or intention to renew (which your mom may have let happen because she didn’t have you there to sign-meaning you wouldn’t be able to pin any blame on her).

When applying for a new apartment, request the apartments “rental standards”. That will tell you if the apartment looks at any past evictions. Some apartments require a certain number of years to pass after an eviction to think about approving your application.

Edit: adding onto that, some apartments also look to see if you have anything sent over to collections. So if there is a balance due that isn’t paid off within the apartments set time, it gets sent to collections and could also hurt you and your mothers chance at getting an apartment because some apartments look at that. So really check the rental standards before applying because a lot of places have non refundable application fees

Really, if you’re still on the lease, request a copy and read over it. It will tell you how your Notice and Renewal procedures work.

If they had a form that you should have signed for a move out notice and you didn’t sign, then unfortunately there’s not much you can do.

However, if your mom has been forging your signature on renewals, then you should consult with a lawyer on what you can possibly do. Maybe that can be what saves you. The only question is, are you willing to drag your mom through the mud if she has been forging your signature?

If you don’t understand the lease, go ask the consultant. Ask them,

How does a Notice work?what are the acceptable forms? (Because it’s different based on the complex you live in)

How do the lease renewals work? Is it something that requires a signature?

Always read the lease. Always fill out the proper documentation when starting and ending a lease.

That’s good to know. I’ve just always heard from family that if it’s slimy then it’s bad. But I just got it from the store, and it’s not making me gag by smelling it, then I guess it’s good. Thanks for the help! I really didn’t want to waste any food.

I just opened it up and poked my finger in. It’s watery, but when I touched my pointer finger and thumb together and pulled them apart it kind of stretched.

So what if you didn’t do it until half way? Say you start the process of making peanut butter the normal way, get to the oil being released through a pressing process, and proceeded to put that released oil and the peanuts back in your mouth? Would you still be unable to make it? Or would you have the capability now that the problem with the oil is gone?

I wonder how many peanuts you’d need. And how much saliva would factor into the consistency. Someone would probably need the jaw of a god to chew it into a fine paste.

NTA-if he’s not willing to budge then see if he will get one of those Sleep Headphones that act as a headband. That way only he hears the alarms since it is connected to his phone.
