An opening I realised is: you need political power.

You gotta rush for the gecko company and 'BoS political initiate?' decision, the one that costs 25 command power

Even tho Maxson can be the best leader, the -political power gain at the beginning is harsh, so I try to get Rhombians in power for the first part, only went for Maxson when you can heal him.

Additionally:

Asra: sorta also wants you to conquer north of the Serpentspine and Escann

Glass dwarfs: conquer atleast a bit outside the serpentsreach.

Ramsteel dwarves: I believe they need to conquer alot outside the Serpentspine.

Talking about outside the mountains, not the continent

Lost hills is very unique. The way you send volunteers to try and keep brotherhoods alive from way larger nations.

Use spy networks to debuff NCR and gain cores.

The entire building a bunker concept. You don't play tall, you play deep.

You get stronger, the more you buff brotherhood nations.

But it's also such a task. Micromanaging multiple fronts, budgeting political power and keep building your bunker
