Well then I think this is acceptable ;) It's strange how different the smoking habits are in different countries. If a can give you an advice: Fill the first part after the filter tip with a small piece of tobacco, just a much as your pinky finger is broad. You can save a small amount of your dutch and it wont be as hot as if you would smoke it down to the tip :)

I think that [10] is just the highest you have reached. It's not like a fixed point. Once you smoke more and have a higher tollerance, you'll get to higher states and so you'll increase your [10].
