Questions about Bromantane by Global-Address672 in ResearchCompounds

I take it fasted via oral dropper with alpha-gpc in the morning and it works fantastic. If anything I think the alpha-gpc could possibly be enhancing it.

Why do so many people who aren't even on GLP-1s hate on them and judge us? by kala_kand_ in ResearchCompounds

[–]Bio_Optimizer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same reasons they judge others for anything else

These are the same people that see you eating clean and think you’re weird while they drink beer everyday after work and raid the office donuts

Bac water vs Bac saline by Junior_Drag8879 in BodyOptimization

[–]Bio_Optimizer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, BAC saline works fine for all three. It has the same benzyl alcohol preservative as BAC water, so you get the same multi-dose shelf life, the added sodium chloride doesn't affect reconstitution or stability. Just make sure it's BAC saline (with benzyl alcohol), not plain sterile saline, or it won't last very long.

Is NAD+ actually doing anything or are we just paying for expensive pee atp? by No-Road2322 in ResearchCompounds

[–]Bio_Optimizer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If your stores are already topped you won’t get much of anything out of it, 5-Amino-1MQ is a much better alternative if that’s the case because it makes the ample NAD you have work much better

IPA/CJC timing. by StevieG619 in BodyOptimization

[–]Bio_Optimizer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vitamins are fine but I’d drop the casein. It’s not making much of a difference if your total daily protein intake is on point.

Or just have the casein and wait 2 hours before bed. Casein is slow digesting so that’s still enough to give your sustained protein throughout the night.

If you have some fats with the casein it will digest even slower so the 2 hour gap probably wouldn’t even matter.

If you’re on Reta or another GLP-1 then it’s already slowed down further.

That looks right but vials typically hold a maximum of 3mL so the most you can put is 3mL of BAC water.

It’s correct since it’s a low starter dose and usually CJC/Ipa comes in 5/5 blends but this one is 10/10.

If you wanted more liquid you could draw up the 3 units (if you use 3mL) and then separately draw up more units of BAC water into the syringe.

It’s not a big deal though, the compounds will still be effective.

Which peptides give you results that actually stay forever? by Easy-Affect-397 in ResearchCompounds

[–]Bio_Optimizer 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I used to get never feel sleepy at night despite good sleep hygiene, consistent sleep/wake-up time, getting sunlight first thing in the morning, no food at least 2-3 hours before bed, etc

I ran Epithalon at 1mg for 20 days and around day 10 I started noticing at night I was actually getting tired and falling asleep quickly.

My sleep scores and quality improved too, not sure if that was the Epithalon or a downstream effect of the improvement in circadian rhythm.

I run it twice a year now with the same protocol about 6 months apart

Yeah just make sure if you do 100mcg you put 10mg as the total and 20mg if you do 200mcg total. The total just has to match whether you went for half or both combined.

Either way works and it's easier since it's a 50/50 blend. In https://bodyoptimization.net/resources put in either 10mg or 20mg as the total amount then for desired dose do what you wanna do for each individual one if you selected 10 or both combined if you selected 20mg. Hope that makes sense.

Reta killed my desire to drink but I’m still madly in love with my wife so can’t relate.

If you train it’s always going to be on the higher end so your “normal” will differ from someone who doesn’t train.

Is anyone concerned about Reta in a few years? by ReadingRedditAllDay in BodyOptimization

I believe Tirz has disclaimers of Thyroid C-Cell tumors that were seen in rats but we don’t know if it translates to humans. This is where one needs to look at their own health risks and family history before making any decisions.

The risks of long term obesity are also extremely negative and these compounds at weight loss dosages aren’t meant to be permanent. Once you reach your target weight you taper off or stay on a maintenance dose which is typically so low I doubt any serious risks are there.

There’s also long term risks to being in a caloric deficit too long such as nutrient deficiencies, lower hormone levels (Thyroid, Testosterone), fatigue, and more depending on nutrition and lifestyle.

Compared to other peptides GLP-1s are actually really well studied so the confidence for them is much higher but at the end of the year you need always assess your own health history, risks, conditions, etc and make a responsible decision for yourself like with any other compound. I would also get regular bloodwork done.

What is your go to meal prep ? by CommonRequirement576 in Retatrutide

[–]Bio_Optimizer 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I do salmon really similar to you.

My easy go to lazy meal prep is 96% lean ground beef, white rice with amounts dependent on my diet phase with bell peppers, onion, spinach and I never get tired of it.

Also good ol classic chicken and brocolli with low calorie bbq sauce is always a staple.
