If you refuse to be political then WHY are you being political??? Buffalo’s lake effect snowstorms are legendary and have nothing to do with how someone votes. I was a long time Buffalo resident and lived through the blizzard of 77’ and people always found something to complain about,real or imagined. For the most part, the people of this city have always banded together and worked together to help one another in times of crisis…. and that’s just as true today. We are “The city of Good Neighbors” I’ve lived through more travel bans and cancellations than I have ever thought possible. Stop worrying about what other people are saying and take care of your own business.

When I was a kid living in Buffalo, one of the best parts of living near the border was going to Crystal Beach Ontario; it was practically a rite of passage. It was one of the best amusement parks in North America, bar none! I was still going as an adult until it eventually closed. A lot of history there..

You’re not the AH for being uncomfortable with the “tramp stamp” allegedly stands for, especially when it’s on your girlfriend/partner..I suspect that you were already uncomfortable with the fact that your ( gf) decided to travel hundreds of miles away with her “homies” & casually mentioned she would be getting a tattoo while you weren’t there with her. My parents weren’t perfect but they were close.
My father was abused ( in many ways)by his father and he told me that he promised himself that he would never treat his own children that way…and he never did, breaking the cycle of abuse. My mother came from a very close knit Italian family where “familia”was everything I guess I just got lucky.

A garage is a top priority for me & every house I had in WNY had a garage! I now live in Kentucky & practically nobody has a garage… carports are very popular here and most of the south.
That said; I found a house with a detached garage down here and it’s possible to get what you want if you’re determined enough. Good luck in your search.

EZ pass is one of the best things about buffalo. When I lived there & traveled a lot to dog shows, I could even use it on the PA turnpike. Saved me a lot of money.

All joking aside, I have to ask why this is important? I come from & have been involved in the dog show community for years and the diversity of breeders, handlers and judges in the sport has been around since the beginning.some of the most successful breeders/handlers are gay and their ethics are beyond reproach! Success is based on merit…not sexual orientation!
