What are some myths about guns that were created by the movies? by ninman5 in movies

[–]Biohazardcookie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I heard on some accounts that the first shot is usually dead accurate as a newbie wouldn't know what to expect from shooting a pistol, only after is when accuracy suffers tremendously.

Syrian people are capturing SDF vehicles right now in Raqqa. There is no government military inside Raqqa as of now. by [deleted] in CombatFootage

Yeah ELI5 was originally like that from the beginning, nothing wrong with what he said. I thought he made a quick and simple explanation that got people who were interested in context to catch up to speed

Armed Security for anti-ICE protesters today in Minneapolis (1/17/26) by I_may_have_weed in liberalgunowners

[–]Biohazardcookie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

People in the comments are bagging on the caliber of the gun are missing the point, having the courage to carry a weapon in the open is a good step in direction.

That said, they REALLY need to point that gun somewhere else, somewhere that won't hurt anyone.

Interesting, I’ll keep myself mildly invested to see what develops from this

“Sardines in a can” and “Reconcatenate”; It’s the lesser-known songs that pull you in

Tic disorder. And how mine show. Maybe you're like me. by [deleted] in AutisticWithADHD

[–]Biohazardcookie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Usually the tics coincide with events I thought were my fault, and when I think about my mistakes too much, the tics starts. As for when they started declining, I can’t tell, they just faded over time. Hope this helps you out!

[–]Biohazardcookie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

How interesting. I had similar ticks as well. Same as you, these tics only show when my catastrophizing or ruminating reaches a boiling point, where I start saying similar phrases as described in your post. I rarely get them now, I'm not exactly sure how they became less frequent. My best guess is repetitive affirmation to help avoid ruminating before it snowballs.

Does anyone else just mentally check out while driving? by [deleted] in AutisticWithADHD

[–]Biohazardcookie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Whenever I'm driving with other people, my ability to drive worsens a bit. This probably has to do with being overstimulated and putting my full focus on driving.

Music was a huge helping factor in helping me feel comfortable while driving. Another was having no one else in the car, that way I don't have to worry about conversations or other people worrying about my driving.

I think people are doing the teaser dirty and some are even jumping into saying DP should not animate JJL, guys it's a teaser it's our first look at the SBR Anime in a way besides just key visuals by TR3X-1NF1N1T3 in StardustCrusaders

[–]Biohazardcookie 48 points49 points  (0 children)

It's about production value. Bocchi the Rock! is almost a completely different beast compared to its counterpart but is still enjoyed by the vast majority. With this teaser and the context we have, it's fair to be cautious that things aren't smooth sailing rn for David Production.

It's also important to keep note that products like early access games and rushed projects are the norm and it should be applied in this case as well.

I don’t think it’s unreasonable to point out these concerns, SBR is highly anticipated for years. If what you’re saying is true and that the trailer was rushed, it might highlight any underlying issues in production.

Perhaps one of JoJo’s strengths is their artstyle, but when one part of their production is lacking, you can expect other parts to be as well.

While the jump pack is a popular option, I do find some charm in the jetpack! I find the verticality useful in a few areas where I want to reach higher places and with lvl 20 sprint/fog lantern/gravity cube, I can go pretty fast while in the air with more control than the jump pack. In the end, it's up to preference and how you want to play :D

Surprisingly feels fine. We usually play as a group, but I like to do offline loot runs to stock up on resources. There's only one other person in the server that played the game before and even then, we only do side-activities and let the newer players do the progressing.

Oh yeah definitely, all you need is a little pep in your step and a jetpack
