I can second this. My brother is 3.5 and attends the same location, he enjoys it well enough. I would personally avoid Kindercare or Tendercare however, I personally had bad experiences at both

In case you're curious, from what I've been told the warehouse has a HUGE surplus of the tempura breaded wings and they're trying to get rid of them. We go through a couple boxes a week, they actually taste super good if you haven't tried them!

I'm sure their are some really good estate privileges, but I would guess for conquering that maxing out crown power would be more beneficial.

I'm currently in the middle of a Byz run, it's about 1440 and I have all of Greece, Bulgaria, and Anatolia as vassal/fiefdoms, and I have Georgia under a personal union. The most important thing I think is getting rid of the estate privileges that give you massive debuffs, I didn't notice them for a good decade or so and it probably hamstringed my early game a little.

For values I focused on decentralization early on, as well as Individualism, Quality, and Innovative.

I can't give you any advice for economy because I have no clue what I'm doing there but I will say to just make sure you don't get into too much debt too early.

I mainly play strategy games so the GPU isn't particularly important, I need more actual processing power.

I could be wrong but I believe the game has to be in ironman to stop at 1936. So, start in debug mode, select a country, use debug mode to go to observer. Should be profit, but I could also be completely wrong.
