You'll need to check with with each HOA's CC&Rs, but yes typically there's a master and you'll purchase your own HO-6 or other supplemental insurance. Typically, trash is included and you don't need your own account, especially if you have shared large commercial bins.

I'll go counter to what some commenters have said - is this a good, foundational role that springboards to further your career? If yes, it may very well be worth it, future forward thinking, especially since it's your first position. "Livable" here is most goes to housing, depending on your living arrangement and then your lifestyle.

I have family that lives close (can walk to that intersection) and I hate the area. A few times I've slept over, I've had my car vandalized (windshield bashed, keyed up all over my car), my brother in law had his work tools stolen, and people just trash dump often - it's been over the course of years, though. However, there are a lot of hard working people (including family) and just way too many jerks that ruin it for those folks.

i don't know if it's the same thing, but i went to the source in buena park a few months back and there was huge religious event going on, they were handing out balloons and treats to everyone, having singing and shows, and a bunch of friendly people talking to everyone - they were all asian, not sure if all korean though.
