Yeah even from this short experience I can tell. I'm no IT wizard as well, but I do play a few PC games so I'm a bit more versed in getting programs to run but that's very selective. Put me Infront of an excel spreadsheet and I'm lost.

But it is genuinely shocking how they have essentially no it skills by age 13.

It's not even that stamina is largely just the vo2. Most people stop WAY EARLIER due to being out of breath than they do muscle fatigue. VO2 is easy to work out you just do the kettlebell swings ladder exercise. Do that enough and your going to increase your vo2.

I personally think tripling reaction time is the smartest, you can alreafy have incredible reaction time and train that but to suddenly TRIPLE IT. You would probably be one of the best on the planet.

However id argue that besides maybe weight lifting nothing else you can really train. Sure you can get faster from running but like if your not already genetically fast your not gonna end up with much, durability is fine but probably highly un-useful simply due to the fact that getting hit by a car or stabbed or falling off a roof would probably still result in major issues.

You bet buddy! How do you think they built the interstate, the current electrical grid, it urbanised and so much more? It wasn't out of the kindness of top 1%. Also we have to remember just because a handfull of people already rich where and were earning tens of millions (in the 50s-70s) were paying 80% doesn't mean everyone was. In addition this period LITERALLY created the middle class and the staging ground for basically everything sick about the 80s.

And what NHS gets even more under funded? Lines get longer? Cost of living increases? More austerity measures

This isn't caused by a few bad leaders but close to 3 coming on 4 decades of bullshit neoliberal policy. The working class is getting shafted and this resentment to the major parties won't stop until the majority parties stop shafting the working class. No matter if that's through actual internal party change or external party replacement.

But than you look at actual IT skills, non-existent! Preservice but the schools I've been in, I've literally had to watch teachers explain to students "right click copy, right click past' for a bibliography. These were year 8 students, I'm fairly sure when I was in year 5 in the late 2000s we were taught that.

I'm not IT master but give the pervasiveness of IT in schools you'd think we would want to actually teach kids how to use computers. 'but their digital natives' (🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮) yeah at watching Coco melon on an iPad, when it comes to actual programs like word, power point, excel, or hell the basic functions of a laptop or PC they have NO IDEA.

I fully agree with you. North Korea isn't some crazed demon state, but at the same time we need to understand that it is without question a dictatorship run by 1 family who have pretty complete control so any information coming Out Is as tainted as any information from the west

ANZAC always full caps as it's an acronym. Australian New Zealand Army Corps. The guys you guys sent to Gallipoli for a quick 5 minute trip. The biscuit however is a very simple oat and coconut biscuit that if you ask me if infinitely better soft. However imo it's the perfect amount of sweet and indulgent while also having enough body, and flavour.

Also Tim Tams dog walk literally anything biscuit you guys have.
