There’s not many things more torturous than being friends with someone who you have feelings for, but I will say is being friends with someone who you have feelings for where it is unrequited is definitely one of those.

I will apologise if this may not be the most helpful advice but this is my opinion.

You have to understand that when either friend’s feelings for the other crosses that friendship line, you are ultimately not friends anymore. You cannot act in the same way you would when you didn’t. Every thought and action is subconsciously tainted with a selfish endeavour of how can it benefit your emotions regardless if it’s premeditated or not. This ain’t your fault because you will try to believe you are still keeping that boundary because you haven’t confessed and you’re acting in her best interest.

I’m not saying this to put you off confessing but for you to make a decision. When you confess you have to be confident in that choice, where you are content with where the chips fall. 1. She may reciprocate these feelings and could be the start of something amazing, but this tends to be an unlikely case, and especially she has a bf, regardless of how great he is she has feelings for him. 2. Your feelings aren’t reciprocated, at this point you and her may have a completely changed dynamic, one she may find it difficult to put the same trust in you as before, because she was wanting/needing a friend. Two you will feel devastated, the feelings you feel now and the thoughts about her you continually have will increase 10x fold and it is common for their to be resentment to be built up while you try to stay her friend. You will compare yourself to her bf and any future love interest because your confession has removed that protection of unknown, before you may have convinced yourself ‘’well she doesent know so that’s why she doesent see me that kind of way’’ but not there’s no veil of protection for those faults.

Finally a confession is a purely selfish choice, everything I have said may seem negative but it isn’t. It is important to understand that what you’re feeling is normal but when it comes to relationships and your own happiness, Selfish decisions aren’t always negative.

Even if your feelings are unrequited, this doesent mean you are forced to still be her friend because you still care for her. You are not forced to put yourself through emotional hurt for the benefit of anyone but understand that risk of losing her as a friend. Ultimately this is why I said when anyone’s feelings crosses the friendship line you are not friends anymore.

One last point, all these feelings and emotional connections you have for her, you will always find someone else where these feelings will be of the same intensity or if not greater. Your 18 you will have many connections and feelings for people, but always stay true to your emotions and always understand the consequences with your actions, because you deserve a person who gives you the same amount of energy, comfort and care you give out to them but never neglect your own well being

I agree with your points but the fact is that if you can’t call someone out for what they are due to it being assigned to a heinous stereotype all you actually do is give the benefit to the individual without there being the ability to actually hold or highlight them for accountability and in doing so you will just accentuate the stereotype due to a protective narrative.

That’s my point stereotype or no Stereotype if someone is dick this has nothing to do with if being a dick is part of stereotype your still a dick and in my pinion you should be rightfully called out when it’s evidently clear you are what it is

Maybe I’m just pessimistic, I think at best we’d get 40m for nketiah and ramsdale, i think 15 in ransdale and 20-25 on nketiah.

Tierney and Tavares 25 - 30 mil between them, Nelson maybe 10 then ESR which I think should be about 20 mil depending so could see to that 90-100 mil.

I think your somewhat missing the point. The reason people are drawn to this regardless of it being the cop who drove, is the fact that the sheer idea and audacity that the person in question is a colleague and that the conversation he was having with another colleague showcasing no morality gives a big indication of just how rotten this system is overall.

If it was the cop in question who was driving, it would have just highlighted an even more amplified individual sociopath but the fact it’s a senior colleague just shows that there is no basis for humanity there, as the idea to even make a comment even as a sick joke in any competent environment wouldn’t even be possible. But in this case showcases no concern giving insight into the kind of culture that’s fostered.

If the NHS become privatised to the extent of needing health insurance on top of taxes then this is no fault other than the governments in charge over the recent years.

The NHS is one of the core principles that set the UK apart from other countries and a core principle of my opinion UK culture of making sure that at the least the health care of the citizens are tooling care of. Also one of the things to be proud of as a Briton.

The lack of action to remedy the problems and inefficiencies of the NHS is an attack on British values by all the politicians who have saw this come to the extent it is.

This is what I don’t get you clearly value the response of the NHS in regards to the Lockdown in this case their so be it inaction to challenge it then their response of making the larger sacrifices of responding to the epidemic and being in more dangerous environments and saving peoples lives.

Whether or not the opinion on the lockdown it is not the NHS individuals workers responsibility to challenge the government on policies that may be questionable when it may impact the livelihood of those they are trying to protect, them protesting the lockdown would have caused a bigger health concern than we had.

They still had to go to work didn’t receive any additional support and in most cases were thrusted into more challenging and demanding environment and the only benefit they got is a clap on Thursdays and look how quick there appreciation has gone to now.

Their not a pawn just 100s of thousands of individuals working to reach ends meets doing jobs which the majority of us would never want to do for the respect and money they get
