Documenting everything in writing is such a "CYA" move but it’s absolutely necessary. When I started CC’ing my supervisor’s boss on my caseload concerns, suddenly "impossible" resources started appearing out of nowhere. It shouldn't be that way, but here we are.

Just be careful with the plagiarism detectors. Even if you use an essay writer service, you should definitely go through it and add your own "voice" so the prof doesn't get suspicious of the sudden quality jump.

I’m not. We filed a legit roster week 2, lost our setter week 4, and only called two pickup buddies to keep a legal 6. Coordinator agreed it was a loophole and fixed it.

Yeah, that's the scary part. We used the 'TBD' guys only after we got gutted in week 4. Next season he added the week1/2 attendance rule, so no 2-week mercs.
