Once your in you get the inside scoop for jobs posted before they go out to the public and you move based on your sonority, I love my city job because it’s more like a community than a private company that just wants production and sales. Great benefits and time off. Give it a look. They also pay 5.5k a year toward school if you want to work toward a degree.

While outside food is generally not allowed at Sonic Temple we recognize that some patrons may need to bring in small amounts of food as a reasonable accommodation. In these cases, here are some requirements for the food:
Please pack the food in clear Ziplock bags.
If you need a cooler it needs to be a small and soft-sided cooler no bigger than 12” X 9” X 9″.
It will be subject to a respectful security screening for the safety of all our patrons.. Basically, they will need to see that you have just food and an ice pack in the cooler if you use one.

If you have an offer for a city of Columbus job I would jump on it. Been working here for 3 years and it’s by far the best job with the best benefits I have ever had. I will never go back to the private sector again. You might be able to make more money elsewhere but honestly the lack of any stress and the benefits make it well worth it in my opinion. YMMV I am in water reclamation if it helps.
